Krysti Spence is a photographer and quilt maker. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art. She has been a Detroit area photographer since the early 1990s and has shown her photographs at various galleries including the Detroit Artist’s Market, The Paint Creek Center for the Arts, Thee Lawrence Street Gallery and the Scarab Club. Her photographs have been published in the Sun, Sassy, Shots, Metro Times and Hour Detroit. Also an accomplished quilt maker, Kristi’s quilts have been shown in the Detroit Artist’s Market, Paint Creek Center for the Arts, the Ann Arbor M.A.D.E. house as well as local retail stores.
